Merry Christmas!

There hasn't been much sewing happening this week, but I did play around one evening with this quilt-as-you-go block.  I may want to try a QAYG quilt.  This may be a way to make a larger quilt on my little Bernina.  So I figure I could make a few blocks and see what I think.

It is definitely easier to do all this quilting one block at a time.  :)

Instead of sewing, my sewing room has been used for gift wrapping the last few days. Here's whats on my ironing board right now. (The sewing table is covered in paper debris and glitter!)

Whether you are sewing or preparing for the holidays I wish you all a Merry Christmas!

  4. I like the cheerful colors you chose for your quilt as you go block, and how those colors also appear in your wrapping paper!
